Shareholding Information

The intermediary does not hold any direct or indirect participation of more than 10% of the voting rights or capital in an insurance company.

No insurance company holds any indirect or direct participation of more than 10% of the voting rights or capital in the insurance broker.

Remuneration

The intermediary receives a commission from the product provider for the intermediation of insurance contracts. No separate remuneration is owed by the customer. If remuneration is provided based on the customer’s wishes and needs, a separate remuneration agreement will be concluded for this purpose.

Advisory Services

The activity also includes advisory services.

Product providers are regularly surveyed at regular intervals. In this process, intermediation agreements are concluded with product providers who provide the broker with product information. Only insurers are considered who are authorized for distribution in Germany or are subject to the supervision of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, have their registered office or a branch in the Federal Republic of Germany and offer contract conditions in German. Upon request, a current list of cooperating insurers will be made available to you.

Principles for Dealing with Conflicts of Interest

Regarding the potential conflicts of interest we have identified, the principles we have established for dealing with them, and the measures we have taken to avoid impairment of customer interests, we refer to our “Customer Information on Dealing with Conflicts of Interest,” which FinEase Financial Service GmbH provides to you when initiating business.

Principles for Dealing with Sustainability Risks

When providing advice on insurance investment products, FinEase Financial Service GmbH includes sustainability risks by using the pre-contractual information from insurers. Depending on customer requirements, FinEase Financial Service GmbH does not include insurers in its recommendations who demonstrably have no strategy for including sustainability risks in their investment decisions. In the case of a possible dutiful assessment of a comparable or better return of the product that takes sustainability risks into account, we may recommend this as a priority.
